| CLEANING FEE |
A cleaning fee of $80.00 will
be collected from guest for each visit of 7 days or less.

| SALES TAX |
The City of Mammoth imposes a
13% Transient Occupancy Tax which will be collected from
guest in addition to all other rates and fees. |

| PET FEES |
The pet fee of $25 per pet per night subject
to owner acceptance of pet. |

| LOST KEY FEE |
The fee for replacing a lost key or a key that is not
returnign prior to the arrival of the next guest, is $25.00. |

| EXPRESS CHECKOUT |
If you are in a hurry and do not have the time or just
choose not to run the dishwasher or empty the trash, the
Express Check-out Fee is $25.00. |

| EARLY ARRIVAL/ LATE DEPARTURE |
We try to accommodate early arrival and late departure
requests, but do to conflicts with the housekeeping
schedule, we can not always do so. Is we are able to
do so, the rate for any additional hours is 5%
of the nightly rate for each additional hour or part
there-of. |

| RESERVATION DEPOSIT |
A non-refundable deposit of
50% of the total rental amount or $250.00 whichever is more, is required in order to
confirm a reservation. Full payment of the rental balance due is required at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
Reservations are not held until payment is received. |

| SECURITY DEPOSIT, INSURANCE |
The
security deposit is 50% of the total rental amount or
$250.00 whichever is less. You can pay it or you can
pre-authorize your credit card. In either case, the
security deposit must be arranged for at least 30 days prior
to the scheduled check-in date. If you pay the
security deposit in advance, your security deposit -
less any charges incurred - will be refunded within 14-days
of checkout. If you pre-authorize your credit card,
your credit card will not be charged unless there is a
balance due upon your departure.
